My resolve
for EBPass from the very beginning has been to raise
the company without being tied down by traditional norms.
What is common sense to other companies does not necessarily
have to be common sense to us, and visa versa. As a
first, EBPass has avoided rigid work regulations that
bind employees. My belief is that employees will be
more productive and creative if they are motivated by
a long-lasting trust and loyalty for the company. Rules
tend to stifle initiative.
My role as CEO of EBPass is to create an environment
in which loyalty and self-achievement can be fostered.
Each player, as shown below, has a stake in preserving
that loyalty that benefits to whole.

To realize a high
level of loyalty, my role is to offer the following
to each player:
Stockholders
Maximize return on investment.
Customer
High level of customer satisfaction.
Staff
Opportunities to present ideas freely.
Motivating and enjoyable work environment that takes
advantage of the latest business models and IT technologies.
Stock options, profit sharing arrangements.
Business partners
Win-win relationship.
Contractors
Motivation to work with EBPass through the use of latest
business models and IT technologies.
As we continue to expand EBPass on the
foundation of loyalty, we look for opportunities to
serve you better.
