Communication Controls

To access the Communication Controls dialog box shown in Figure 1, click on the Communication Controls button in the control window. Using this dialog box, the user can control the features available to individual conference participants.

<Options>

Meeting mode Allows each participant to use all the communication features of the program, including chat, video, and document sharing.

Lecture format(Text chat): Limits the participants to using the chat feature only..
Lecture format(Chat and video): Limits the participants to using the chat and video features..
Specify additional lecturer talker: Temporarily allows the selected participants to use all communication features, including chat, video, and document sharing..

Detail Control

To set further details of Communication Control.

1. Click the Detail Control. It displays the Communication Control Window.



2. Click on on the Communication Control Window. It displays further details for the Communication Control Settings.
