Control Window

The control window includes the most commonly used controls for videoconferencing. Figure 1 shows the appearance of the control window before the user logs into a conference room.

Figure 2 shows the appearance of the control window after the user logs into a conference room. The user can now access the buttons.

<Button Description>

Text Chat
Allows the user to chat with other conference room participants. Click on the Chat button to open the Text Chat window.

Document Sharing
Allows the user to share documents with other conference room participants. Click on the Document Sharing button to open the MeetingPlaza Document Sharing window.

Settings
Accesses the configuration settings for the client machine, including the network and video settings.

Communication Controls
Allows the user to control the features available to individual users. This button is only shown when the user has privilege to manage other user's feature.

Recording
Shows recording control panel. This button is only shown when the user has privilege to record a session.

User List
Displays a list of the current users logged into the conference room.
