Volume Controls
This panel includes controls for adjusting the speaker output
volume, microphone input level, and disconnecting/reconnecting the audio
device. If the user is not logged into a conference room, the
voice controls panel looks like this:

When the user is logged into a conference room, the voice
controls panel looks like this:

To talk to the other participants, press a "Ctrl" key while
speaking into your microphone or headset.
When sound is uttered, the frame with the speaking person
is displayed on pink, and a picture carries out
pop-up one.

When she or he speaks, the
surrounding frame of a self-portrait is displayed on pink.

Buttons on the panel
Volume: Adjusts the speaker output volume. Click on the
Volume button to display the dialog box shown in Figure
5. Moving the slider button adjusts the output volume.
Microphone Level (Mic Level): Adjusts the microphone input
volume. Click on the Microphone Level button to display the
dialog box shown in Figure 6. Moving the slider button
adjusts the input volume.
Disconnect: Click this button to let MeetingPlaza
2D client releases the audio device. You can reconnect the audio device
by clicking the same button when the word on the button is "Connect".
Mute: The Red-Yellow buttons next to the "Volume" and
"Mic Level" buttons controls ON/OFF status of the
corresponding audio device. The buttons toggle ON and OFF
with each click on them.
When the buttons are Red-Yellow, then the device is ON.

Audio loop back test
To perform an audio loop back test, check "Audio loop back
test" in either dialog box shown in Figure 5 and 6. In the
test, your voice is sent back to you by the server.
This feature is very useful to check the connection status and
adjust the volume and mic level.
When the check box is unchecked or the volume controller
dialog box is closed, the mode is resumed to the normal
communication mode.
Warning: During the test, your voice is not transmitted to
other users and you don't receive audio signal from other users.
Audio High Pass Filter
In order to reduce noises, you can apply a high pass filter
before sending the audio signal. Choose one from the High pass
filter list box.
To check how the voice after the filter sounds, Audio loop
back test is useful.
Auto Gain Control (AGC)
By checking "AGC", automatic gain control for microphone input
level is applied.
