Reproduction of MeetingPlaza Session Records

To reproduce a prerecorded session in your hard disk, open http://www.meetingplaza.com/Localplay.html or a URL in your local server.

The URL to reproduce a prerecorded session varies by server configuration and customization. Ask details for your MeetingPlaza system administrator.

The following images shows the standard GUI for reproduction. The GUI may be customized for a system. When reproducing from the server, the reproduction starts automatically after choosing a record from a list on the Web. On the other hand, in reproduction of local records, you need to choose the directory where the record to be reproduced from the GUI.

Click LocalPlay button then the following dialog box appears. Then select a directory where the record to reproduce is stored.

Pause

Click the Pause button (two blue vertical lines) to stop reproducing temporarily. TO restart, click the Pause button again.

Stop

Click the Stop button (a black box) to stop the reproduction. Closing the browser window also terminates the reproduction. When a reproduction is terminated by clicking the Stop button, you can reproduce other record.

Jump by time slider

By moving the time slider (the slider control at the bottom of the screen), you can move any position in time of the record. When the mouse button is released, the reproducing position moves to the corresponding time from the beginning of the record.

WARNING
By using time slider to move the current reproduction position, document sharing window may not be reproduced correctly. See Note on Document Sharing below.

Jump by Index

By clocking the Index button, the list of indexes like the following figure appears. Choose an index then click the Jump button to move the current reproduction position to the beginning of the event shown as Name.

Note on Document Sharing

When the current reproduction position changes by using the time slider or Index list, the content within the document sharing window may not be reproduced correctly. For example, to jump at the middle of a series of drawing, the drawings before the point to jump aren't be shown.

The following is the list of positions where the reproduction is always correct.

- New Web Page in the Index List
- Beginning of document (file) sharing in the Index List
- When the document sharing window is closed in the Index List
- Positions in a record where the document sharing window is closed
