Microsoft Outlook 2002 Setup Instructions

Mail Server Settings

SMTP Mail Server:
(Outgoing Mail)

mail.yourdomain.com or IP address
(Or SMTP server instructed by your ISP)

POP Mail Server:
(Incoming Mail)

 mail.yourdomain.com

 

Microsoft Outlook 2002

  1. Load Microsoft Outlook
  2. Select Email Accounts from the Tools menu
  3. Select Add a new email account
  4. Click the Next button
  5. For the Server Type, select POP3
  6. Click the Next button
  7. Under User Information enter in your:
    Name in the Your Name field
    Email address in the E-mail Address field
  8. Under Server Information:
    For the Incoming mail server, type in mail.yourdomain.com or IP address provided
    For the Outgoing mail server, type in mail.yourdomain.com unless otherwise instructed by your Internet Service Provider
  9. Under Login Information:
    For the User Name, type in your username
    For the Password, type in your password
    Check the box labeled Remember password
  10. Click the Next button
  11. Click the Finish button
